This lesson book, designed for teachers, educates kids in grades K-12 about specialty crops in Minnesota. Specific color sets were chosen to help teachers quickly identify the age groups of the lessons (Example: Lesson pages for grades K-2 were maroon and gold). The subject matter was visually supported with highly focused, clean images without background clutter. Materials lists were placed at the page edges for quick reference.
