What Does It Cost?
There’s no quick answer to this question, because every project is different and has different needs.
Your projects and your business are unique, and deserve to be estimated on an individual basis. Here is an idea of what things cost. Contact us for an estimate, or with any questions you may have.
Logos and Brand Identity Systems: $1,500 to $15,000 and up
Costs are based on whether you need a logo, a multi-element identity system (logo, branding style guide, letterhead, business cards, social media page designs, e-newsletter templates, etc.), or something in between.
Website Design: $3,000 to $100,000 and up
The size and technical complexity of your website will determine the cost. Whether you need a simple 5-page brochure-style website, or a custom-programmed 200-page site with password-protected areas, e-commerce functionality, and built-in web apps, we can help.
Print Design: $250 to $30,000 and up
From the smallest piece of marketing collateral, like a postcard, to the largest, most complex piece, like a training manual or curriculum set, we’ve got you covered. Determining the cost to design your project is based on your needs, and therefore requires a customized estimate.
Blog posts with related Facebook/Twitter text: $500 to $2,500 and up
Costs are based on how long the blog posts need to be, turnaround time, and if research or interviews with subject matter experts need to occur.
Web content: $400 to $4,000 and up
Web content should usually be brief, but there are times when a longer approach is needed. Rates vary depending on the amount of content development required; will the writer need to interview people, conduct research, work with a group of people to determine editorial direction, etc. Additional pages can be quoted separately
Case studies: $600 to $2,500 and up
Work on case studies usually involves extensive research and/or interviews with subject matter interviews or satisfied clients. Once the level of pre-work has been identified, a precise estimate will be provided.
Whitepapers: $750 to $10,000 and up
Whitepapers can vary significantly in terms of length and complexity. Highly complex papers requiring extensive research and interviews involve far more time than a simpler paper that might involve one or two interviews, with the client providing the background research required to begin writing.
Project Management, Branding, Marketing Plans, and Event Planning
These are harder to estimate because of the large number of factors involved in developing an estimate. These include, but are not limited to, the size of the company requesting the work; the industry and size of that industry; the number and type of new products; whether this is a new business, an existing business, or reposition of a business; if this involves new markets or channels; and overall timeline.
Project management: $500 to $3,000 and up
Brand audit (competitive and SWOT analysis): $1,000 to $5,000 and up
Event planning: $500 to $50,000 and up
Marketing plan: $2,500 to $15,000 and up
